Bea's Biography
After 30 years of involvement in personal real estate investments, including
acquisition, development and management of apartment houses, subdividable raw land and rental houses, I joined CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty in February 2006. Now I am able to put a lifetime of real estate experience to good use, helping other people buy and sell houses, as well as real estate investment opportunities.
I have also owned and operated a daycare for the past 25 years in the Seattle Hill area of Snohomish County, where I still live today. I cared for 12 children at a time, and saw some of those children return as parents with their own children attending my daycare as well, and three of them return as my daycare assistants. This experience eminently qualifies me to manage your real estate transactions. 12 children, each going in 12 different directions at the same time, is great training for managing real estate transactions: where multi-tasking, attention to details, patience, and high stress tolerance are required to focus on the goal at hand:
To close on time, with minimum inconvenience to my clients.
I was married for 37 years to my beloved husband, Forrest, and raised two sons, Jason and Jacob, who are adults now. I share a house with my younger son and his Catahoula dog, Felix. In my spare time I love to work in my garden, go camping and kayaking with my family, and I just finished laying tile throughout my whole house (that was a multi-year project, my knees can only take so much).
I was born in Berlin, Germany, and immigrated to this country with my parents in 1957. Growing up in post World War II Germany has given me a heightened sense of appreciation for the opportunities for personal and financial growth this country offers its people, who are prepared to work diligently and honestly.
